About ME…

I am Athenee Willis, and I provide wedding planning and coordination services across San Diego and Southern California.  A Bay Area native, I am proud to call San Diego my forever home with my husband Jesse, our four sons, Camren, Izaac, Graysen and Owen, and lovable dog Myles. 

I have been the official ‘unofficial’ wedding planner for my friends and family for years, and I cannot tell you how many times people have said, “Athenee, you should be a full-time wedding planner.”  Well, after a decade as a corporate event planner and overseeing large-scale events, retreats, family days, holiday functions, baby showers, bridal showers, and celebrations galore—it was time to really make things official, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to put all my artistry, event management expertise and loving support to work for you. 

From wedding design to full-service planning or day-of coordination, I do everything and anything you need to make your day come together exactly as you envisioned.  I can build your dream wedding blueprint, take care of vendor selection, timeline management, and budget tracking, or even just step in to wrap up all the final logistics. 

My job is to make sure you can savor every single golden second of your special day.  I believe love is everything and each couple is unique with their own story and style.  Raised by an impeccable interior designer mother with 4 creatively talented brothers, artistry is in my blood.  On your wedding day, I want you to say, “This is better than anything we could have dreamed.”
